To publish and disseminate scientifically sound environmental and public health information of national and international importance that enhance sound policy, improve the competence of practitioners, enrich research outcome and serve as resource for academic and reference material for the general public.
The Journal of environmental health is multidisciplinary in scope devoted to. dissemination of research findings, articles, reviews, theories/models, and information on all aspect of public health with bias towards environmental health. The Journal accepts articles from diverse sub-specialties like environmental epidemiology, environmental science and management, environmental health technology and engineering, community/primary health care, and other related subjects. Materials are accepted from persons from diverse background, profession, race and countries. Materials for publication in JEH must be written in English Language and submitted for double blind peer review. Since this process takes a considerable length of time, Authors are encouraged to submit their materials “ahead of time”, not later than three months before actual date of publication. The journal is published quarterly. A stipend is charged for handling and correspondence with authors.
